Message from CEO
Given our stated mission is “to support the education of urban youth,” Philip’s Education Partners is now examining ways to expand its impact and programs to more children, while continuing to support the charter schools at the core of our mission. In particular, we envision an expansion of Eco-SPACES Education programs into the wider community. On the immediate horizon are the acceleration of the franchise into more Newark public schools, an initiative to design, implement and maintain forty Aero Farms indoor growing laboratories in Newark Public Schools over the next four years and broaden the field work of the Mobile Food Laboratory to include schools across New Jersey. We are also exploring avenues to provide support services to charter schools in the tri-state area and to establish summer programs for public school students.
Philip’s Education Partners has always believed that “all children must be equal” and it seems a natural extension of our work to support children outside of the Philip’s School charter network. We hope you will continue to join us in our effort to serve as many deserving young people as possible.
